About the event
Do you want to consistently and consciously manifest your desires?
Do you still feel stuck in doubts, limiting beliefs or programming where you struggle to create the life you dream of?
Have you ever felt you would like to welcome more abundance into your life but don't know how?
Abundance means something different for everyone: for some it may be more security in finances, for others a happy relationship, a healthier lifestyle, more travel or work opportunities, or to take on more creative projects. Still for others it could be a sense of freedom; to feel happy, secure and grateful on a regular basis.
In this workshop, you will discover what abundance means to you. You will work at a very deep level to imprint your birthright of abundance into your subconscious mind, which is open and active at the deepest layer of the Yoga Nidra practice.
In this state, delta brainwaves are accessed, where healing and restoration happen at a deep-rooted level. Here, the intellectual or logical mind takes a back seat, so the seed you plant in this state is very powerful and bound to come true. In this "psychic sleep," you will realize your truest self, your abundant self.
During this practice, Kerry will also offer short personal energy healing Reiki treatments to each practitioner to assist in removing blocks to abundance on an energetic level.
Please note: there is no movement involved in this class; all that is needed is for the practitioner to get comfy and listen to the sound of Kerry's voice guiding them the through various stages of Yoga Nidra which induce total calm within the mind and body. It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra is equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep in the body.
Common Benefits to Yoga Nidra :
- A calmer nervous system
- The release of negative thought patterns
- Help with insomnia, PTSD, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain.
Reiki is spiritually guided life energy known as Ki or Chi. Ki is the non-physical energy used by healers. Chi flows through to harmonize imbalances that may be physical, mental or emotional. Using hands-on healing with light touch or above body hand placement (floating hands), this gentle, non-invasive modality can treat physical pain as well as depression, trauma, anxiety, stress, grief, and much more.
What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is an ancient relaxation technique also known as  "yogic sleep" in which the practitioner is guided through various stages  including a rotation of consciousness (body scanning) and guided  imagery to  induce full body relaxation and calm in the mind and body.  The practitioner will be guided into the hypnagogic state- a state  between sleep and waking. It is said that 30 minutes of Yoga Nidra  is  equivalent to 2-4 hours of sleep in the body. Yoga Nidra can help to  calm the nervous system, assist in releasing negative thought patterns  and has been shown to help those struggling with insomnia, PTSD,  depression, anxiety, and chronic pain.
Participants will leave this workshop feeling rested, relaxed, and rejuvenated.
Reiki
Reiki is spiritually guided life energy known as Ki or Chi.  Ki is  the non-physical energy used by healers.  The ability to channel Reiki  is transferred to the student by the Reiki Master during an attunement  process.
