With the cycle of death and rebirth that the equinox symbolizes, we embrace spring as a time of change while we invite new beginnings into our life. Spring is a time to shed the weight of the winter and to fully align with the fertile new seeds we planted in the new year. As we honor these cycles of change with the warming of the ground we connect deeper to nature's cycles.  The dreams we nurture today will shape the reality of our tomorrows. 

While the practitioner is in a very relaxed state of Yoga Nidra, they will be guided to place themes of spring such as balance, renewal and fertility into the subconscious mind through visualization.
