DIRECTIONS

From Manhattan and Brooklyn

By public transportation :: Take the Staten Island ferry at Battery Park. From the Ferry, take the S74 to Lighthouse Ave.

Total trip from Manhattan takes between 1½ and 2 hours.

By car :: From the Verrazano Bridge take the Staten Island Expressway (278 W) to the Bradley Ave. exit. Stay on the service road paralleling the highway (following the signs marked Richmondtown) to Lighthouse Ave. (about 5 miles). Turn right up the hill to #338 on the right. Ferry boats no longer take cars.

From New Jersey

By car: Take the N.J. Turnpike to exit 13, Goethals Bridge. From the Goethals Bridge, follow the Staten Island Expressway (278 E) to the Bradley Ave. exit. Stay on the service road paralleling the highway (No Gannon Ave.) to the second traffic light, Manor Rd. Turn right on Manor Rd., follow around (going down and back up to the crest of hill). Cross over Rockland Ave. and Manor Rd. then becomes Meisner Ave. Follow Meisner Ave. up to the crest of the hill. Meisner Ave. then becomes Lighthouse Ave. but there is no street sign. Turn right (cannot make any other turn) along the crest of the hill to #338 on the left.

From Outerbridge Crossing: follow Richmond Parkway to Arthur Kill Rd. Follow Arthur Kill Rd. to Richmond Rd. Turn right, go two blocks to Lighthouse Ave. Turn left up the hill to #338 on the right.
