About the event

Musicologist Jeff Dailey will bring his insight into Tibetan ritual instruments to our Museum space.

Be there if you'd ever wondered what these unique instruments were used for, or sound like. Professor Dailey will also bring a selection of his own Tibetan instruments to help cover all aspects of what the Himalayas sounded like at their peak. Professor Jeff S. Dailey holds graduate degrees in both musicology and theatre from New York University, where he received his Ph.D. He is Director of Fine and Performing Arts for the Deer Park Schools and Associate Professor at Five Towns College, both in Suffolk County, NY.
