About the event
Journey Into the Autumn Elements:: Kriya Yoga Practice to Balance The Chakras and Prepare For The Season of Autumn
The primary aim of this autumn-inspired Kriya is to mirror the natural rhythm of the fall equinox—a sacred time for harvesting our inner wisdom, shedding worn-out identities, and grounding down into the Earth. As the trees let go of their leaves, this practice utilizes Breath of Fire and conscious spinal movement to help the practitioner intentionally compost stagnant energy. By systematically clearing the chakras from root to crown, we build a steady structural foundation and a resilient auric shield to stay warm, centered, and magnetically vibrant as the colder, darker seasons arrive.
