Feeling stuck despite your best intentions? Setting goals but struggling to follow through? Five Steps to a Better You is a five-week online workshop designed to support personal growth, emotional clarity, and meaningful change.
Facilitated by Leslee Penny, this workshop offers a thoughtful and accessible framework for reflection and self-development. Each weekly session invites participants to explore the habits, thought patterns, and emotional challenges that can keep us feeling stalled—while learning practical tools to move forward with greater confidence and intention.
Together, we’ll examine how stress, fear, grief, and uncertainty can affect motivation and well-being, and how cultivating awareness and balance can support resilience and clarity. Participants will be guided through reflective practices and discussions aimed at strengthening intuition, improving emotional regulation, and aligning daily choices with deeper values.
