About the event

Welcome to our transformative four-week program

Cultivating Compassion: A 4-Week Yoga & Meditation Series on the Four Immeasurables

Led by Larissa Schiano-Gonzalez of Be Yoga , designed to cultivate loving-kindness, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity through the practices of yoga and meditation.

In this transformative program, we delve into the essence of the Four Immeasurables: Loving-kindness (Metta), Compassion (Karuna), Empathetic Joy (Mudita), and Equanimity (Upekkha).

Each week, immerse yourself in a blend of gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation practices carefully designed to deepen your understanding and experience of these timeless virtues.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, all are welcome to join us as we explore how these qualities can be cultivated and integrated into our daily lives. Discover a path towards greater compassion, inner peace, and holistic well-being. Don't miss this opportunity to embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Each week offers a unique exploration of these qualities:

  • Week 1 (May 25): Loving-kindness (Metta): Immerse yourself in yoga and meditation sessions aimed at nurturing a sense of unconditional love and kindness towards oneself and others.
  • Week 2 (June 1): Compassion (Karuna): Dive into dedicated yoga and meditation practices to explore the depths of compassion, learning to extend empathy and support to yourself and those around you.
  • Week 3 (June 8): Empathetic joy (Mudita): Engage in yoga and meditation sessions designed to cultivate joy in the happiness and success of others, fostering a sense of interconnectedness and celebration.
  • Week 4 (June 15): Equanimity (Upekkha): Explore balance and equanimity amidst life's fluctuations through a blend of gentle yoga, breathwork, and guided meditation, cultivating a sense of calm acceptance and inner peace.

The cost for this transformative journey is $120,  discounted rate for members is $99
