Guided by experienced sound healer and facilitator Leslee Penny, Five Steps to a Better You offers a gentle yet powerful framework for healing and growth. Each weekly session combines guided reflection, sound healing, and practical tools to help you release unhelpful patterns, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and cultivate emotional and energetic balance. Together, we’ll explore how stress, fear, grief, and overwhelm can interrupt our natural sense of flow—and how to restore it. Participants will learn techniques to calm the nervous system, support emotional resilience, and consciously shift thought patterns in ways that support well-being, motivation, and clarity.
