5 Preliminary Training and 24 Nejang: Self-healing Yogas

Dr. Chok will teach two (2), three-hour sessions on Tibetan yoga (10/1 & 10/8) from the preliminary training to intermediate Tibetan yogas.
The preliminary trainings are:
1. Training your gross body
2. Training your subtle bodies
3. Training your gross prana
4. Training your subtle prana
5. Training in bumpachen prana
Dr. Chok will teach the 24 Nejang: Self-healing yogas. Nejang yogas were introduced by Buton Rinchendrup (1290-1364), a famous Tibetan scholar and adept. Nejang has 24 simple and profound yogas. Nejang can be practiced by people of all ages. You can practice Nejang yogas in sequence as part of daily yoga practice for your overall well-being, or you can focus and do some yoga for a particular problem/s. These simple yogas warm and open our channels, which increases the flow of blood, energy, and hormones in our body. They can also prevent diseases and cure diseases faster and help for longevity.
All these preliminary training and Nejang yogas can also be used for igniting tummo (blissful heat) can also be used to uplift your spiritual journey.
