Creative Vinyasa Flow with Kerry Sullivan

This energizing class will help build strength and flexibility, tone, and detoxify.  It is a fun creative practice in which you will utilize breath and movement to energize your body, mind and spirit. The class moves at a quick flowing pace so some yoga experience is helpful prior to taking the class.
