Yin Yoga for Gratitude Saturday, November 21, 2020 1pm-2:30pm $20 per person
Join Laura Gotlin, certified advanced yoga instructor, as she guides you through a yin yoga practice to soothe your nervous system, improve your joint health, and count your blessings. The practice of yin yoga is one of receptivity and surrender. It encourages you to slow down, turn within and ground in stillness. Poses are held passively from 1-3 minutes. The practice will conclude with a guided gratitude meditation.
All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, 2 blocks, a blanket and water.
All students will receive a small gift of gratitude for attending.
