Join us for a relaxing, energy-resetting day. All of our favorite instructors - Dr. Chok, Kerry Sullivan, Leslee Penny, as well as Dr. Omanand Guruji will lead us in various workshops, for a day packed of healing. Admission limited; tickets include refreshments and lunch.

DR CHOK TENZIN MONLAM
Or. Chok is an accomplished teacher and longtime practitioner in Buddhist meditation and Tibetan yoga. First trained by the preat masters of Tibetan buddhist schools and then coing on to be ordained by the Dalai Lama, Chok had spent 10 years as a Tibetan monk before becoming a practicing academic teacher and healer.
Kerry Sullivan is an acclaimed yoga teacher of eight years with experience in dance, womens health, and healing. She is a certitied Reiki healer practitioner and postpartum doula. She focuses on yora, movement, and energy healing in helping her students heal and connect to their divine potential.
DR. OMANAND GURUJI
Dr. Omanand Guruji is a renown yogi, one of the chief disciples of Yugpurush Mahamandleshwar Swami Shri Paramanand Giriji Maharaj, and has served as a President of the Hindu University of America. Dr. Guruji is a merit holder throughout his education and is honoured with various awards; students from 97 countres who visited him have become successful yogis/yoginis.
Leslee Penny is a Shamanic spiritual healer with 2O years of of experience in eastern philosophy. She is certified in sound healing, hypnosis, guided meditations and spiritual development workshops. Her work is grounded in love and kindness.
