Thupten Phuntsok started practicing meditation when he was around 12 years old and began the Tibetan form of meditation when he was 21. After 8 years with Kyongla Rato Rinpoche, Thupten Phuntsok met his life teacher Sera Me Kensur Rinpoche Lobsang Tharchin at his center in Howell, New Jersey.
